Bainbridge battle against Seattle Prep ends in tie

The Spartans tested Seattle Prep Tuesday in girls soccer, and came away with a 1-1 tie against the state's No. 3 team in 3A soccer.

Bainbridge, ranked sixth statewide, moved to 12-1-1 with the tie. The Panthers are now 9-1-6.

The Spartans scored first in the Metro League contest, after Celia Story took a pass from Faith Campbell and found the goal in the 47th minute.

Seattle Prep answered in the 60th minute with a gaol by Andraya Flor (Devon Green assist).
