Spartans continue to roll in girls soccer with win against Lakeside

Bainbridge blanked Lakeside 5-0 in girls soccer Thursday in Seattle.

Natalie Vukic paced the Spartans with two goals, while Riley Gregoire added one and an assist.

Ali Blake got the shutout for Bainbridge High.

Vukic put Bainbridge on the board late in the first half with a score at the 31st minute, followed by another (34th minute) on a pass from Sarah Berchinski to put BHS ahead, 2-0.

Gregoire found the net in the 48th minute for the 3-0 advantage.

Mafalda Borgess got a goal in the 60th minute, and Celia Story iced the scoring for Bainbridge with an assist from Gregoire (78th minute).

The Spartans play next on Tuesday, Oct. 2 at home against Newport.
