Sailing squadron offers seamanship course

Agate Pass Sail and Power Squadron is offering a new class on seamanship which extends the skills taught in the basic class. These include anchoring, rules of the road, maneuvering, emergencies, knots and more, and the instruction will involve a day on the water. The class is 6:30 to 9 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays, April 9 through May 2. The cost is $50.
