Trump’s 48th week in office | In cartoons

Santa Claus is coming to town, but President Trump and the Republican Congress got there first.

At least for large corporations and the wealthiest Americans.

Trump marked his first major legislative achievement in his 48th week in the presidency, with the passage of a tax reform package that pollsters say was the least popular piece of legislation of the last generation.

Other topics landing on the drawing boards of cartoonists across the country and around the globe included the Trump/Russian investigation, and Jerusalem as the capital of Israel, tweets and “fake news.”
