To the editor: Island Power claims on its website that power from Bonneville Power Administration would be “renewable” and “100 percent carbon-free.” What a great deal! But let’s look at these claims more closely.

To the editor: As a precinct caucus secretary and voter in Washington state, I am making time to encourage every voter to fill out their primary ballot and drop it off at drop boxes by Tuesday, May 24. Washington is a three-step process in its voting for the presidential campaign.
