We are grateful for help from Bay Hay & Feed | LETTER TO THE EDITOR

December 8, 2012 · 9:49 AM

To the editor:

One Call for All is actively involved in our community, and we are grateful to Howard Block and Ce-Ann Parker and the entire Bay Hay & Feed team for hosting our third annual, “Buy Local Give Local” promotion over the Thanksgiving weekend to support the organizations on our island doing good work.

Shoppers were able to designate where 15 percent of the total sales over the weekend would go, and our island community is richer from conversation and gifts to our hardworking non-profit organizations. From supporting those in need, to schools and community organizations – all will be receiving a portion of the proceeds.

One Call for All continues to be a wonderful island tradition, and it is not too late to give! Please join us by thanking Bay Hay & Feed, and by sending in your Red Envelope or donating online today. Pick up your envelope at any Columbia Bank branch or at www.onecallforall.org.
