Library improvements due to public support | Letters | Sept. 23
September 23, 2011 · Updated 4:16 PM
If you haven’t seen the revitalizing changes at Bainbridge Public Library, I hope you’ll visit soon.
Much needed new carpeting enlivens both floors. Savvy reconfigurations of shelving make the space feel larger within the old walls. Increased electrical outlets and a new laptop bar keep pace with technology and patron needs.
Tax dollars go to KRL for staff and materials only. Maintaining and running the building depends on your donations, which made these improvements possible. As a frequent library patron, I want to thank you all.
