Higher education costs continue climbing but help is available thanks to generous island support through One Call For All.

The Bainbridge Island Student Loan Fund offers low-interest $2,500 loans to assist hometown students with their higher education financial planning.  Loans are interest-free while students are in school with repayment beginning six months after completion of studies.

Application packets are being accepted now through June for the 2011-2012 school year.

Contact BSLF President Dave Webb at dawcsw@aol.com or 842-2420 for applications or more information.
