Boy Scouts have many to thank for tree event

Boy Scout Troop 1565 would like to thank the people on Bainbridge for coming out to our only fundraiser of the year and buying a fresh Christmas tree. The Christmas Tree fundraiser was held across from the Ace Hardware parking lot.

The cash from this is used to go on various camping adventures including snow camping. It is also used to help us go to summer and winter camp.

We would also like to thank Kitsap Bank, ProBuild and Hill Moving Services for making the event possible this year.

Also thanks to the Deschamps Family and Coldwell Banker McKenzie for letting us use the land to set up our fundraiser.

The leftover trees that we had at the end of our sales were all donated to Helpline House. We hope to see everyone next year and thank you for your support.

Remember to visit www.treerecycle.net to schedule the pickup of your old tree and support another Boy Scout Troop on Bainbridge!
