Ora Margaret Menees

Ora Margaret Menees, 39 years old of Silverdale, WA, died from a long relentless battle with cancer at 12:35PM 26th of December, 2016 at Harrison Hospital in Bremerton, Washington.

Ora was born in Bremerton on October 22nd 1977, to Linda and Jerry Menees. She loved Seinfeld, burgers, cats, Foo Fighters, The Pittsburgh Steelers, reading and organizing family get-togethers. Ora was fond of making people’s lives easier, befriending new people and ORAganizing untidiness. It is impossible to sum up a woman so caring, genuine and warm. Those qualities were so obvious to everyone around her.

Ora is survived by her fiancée Chuck Lumadue Jr., parents Linda and Jim Foster, Sherrill Huff: brothers Brom Menees, Devin and Jason Huff, Zeb Foster; sisters Zecret and Zara Foster, Nieces, Nephews, numerous friends and her beloved cat, Target.

A Celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, January 7th, 2016, 11:00-3:00, at the Kitsap Conference Center, 100 Washington Ave, Bremerton WA. Ora’s wish was to have a celebratory gathering where friends and family could share fun stories. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Lustgarten Foundation to cure Pancreatic Cancer at 111 Stewart Ave., Bethpage, NY 11714; or lustgarten.org as Ora’s wish was for greater donations to Pancreatic Cancer research. Ora was an advocate to awareness of Pancreatic Cancer in support of her late father.
