Arthur Salamon

March 9, 1967 – September 28, 2019

Arthur I. Salamon, passed away on September 28, 2019, held in the loving embrace of his beloved family. Arthur was born on March 9, 1967, in Norristown, Pa, son of Atti and Shirley Salamon.

Arthur received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theater from Carnegie Mellon University, 1989; and a Master’s Degree in Counseling from the LIOS Institute at Bastyr University, 2005. Arthur enjoyed many years as a professional actor in stage productions and musical theater. His desire to make a difference in the world led him to become a counselor and he spent the last 20 years of his life helping others toward healing and personal growth. Arthur was very involved in The Mankind Project, an organization devoted to helping men live from their hearts. Arthur was a talented musician and artist and enjoyed playing guitar and singing with his wife, Olivia and many friends through the years. His other interests included hiking and camping, being at the ocean, watching sports, playing chess and board games, studying indigenous wisdom, humor and enjoying good food.

Arthur is survived by his loving wife of 21 years, Olivia, his precious daughter Serena, his dear brother Mark Salamon and wonderful parents, Atti and Shirley Salamon, his father in law, Russ Hulet, who was a special second father to him, and a large family of in-laws and nieces and nephews he held very dear. Family meant everything to Arthur.
