Weekend weather report: Wet one on the way | The Bainbridge Blab

Bainbridge Island should see a pretty soggy Saturday and Sunday.

That’s the latest report on this weekend’s weather from the National Weather Service in Seattle.

Friday’s partly sunny skies will give way to clouds and a 20 percent chance of rain after 11 a.m. Saturday.

The day is expected to be mostly cloudy, with a high temperature near 67 degrees.

A 20 percent chance of rain remains in the forecast after 11 p.m. It will be mostly cloudy overnight, with a low around 53.

On Sunday, the chance of rain doubles to 40 percent, mainly after 11 a.m. It will stay mostly cloudy, with a high near 69.

The chance of rain increases to 50 percent Sunday night.

On Monday, showers are likely — the chance of precipitation is 60 percent — and it will be mostly cloudy, with a high near 67.

Rain showers remain in the forecast through the week.
