Weekend weather report: Sunny Saturday, snowy Sunday | The Bainbridge Blab

Sunshine is coming our way Saturday, according to the latest forecast for Bainbridge Island from the National Weather Service in Seattle.

Snow may follow on Sunday.

Saturday is expected to be sunny, with a high temperature near 38 degrees.

The temperature will drop overnight — with wind chill values between 25 and 34 — and there’s a chance of rain and snow after 4 a.m. Sunday.

Rain and snow is likely on Sunday, mainly after 10 a.m. The high is expected to top out near 37 degrees.

And while the chance of precipitation is 60 percent, little or no snow accumulation expected.

Come Christmas Day, a little rain may fall. There’s a 30 percent chance of rain, and the day will stay cloudy, with a high near 40.

The rest of the week is expected to be mostly cloudy, with a chance of rain every day through Friday.
