Weekend weather report: Sun break | The Bainbridge Blab

Bainbridge Island might get a bit of a break from the sunshine this weekend, with rain on the Rock possible for Saturday.

Key word: might. The chance of showers is slight — just 20 percent — according to the latest forecast for the island from the National Weather Service in Seattle.

Overall, Saturday is expected to be partly sunny, with a high near 72 degrees.

Overnight, look for partly cloudy skies and a low around 54.

Sunday will be mostly sunny, with a high near 75.

Rain may return on Monday; there’s a 30 percent chance of showers. The forecast also calls for partly sunny weather, with a high near 73.

Sunny weather and rising temperatures will stick around through the week, with the temperature nearing 80 degrees by Thursday.
