Islanders are invited to a free guided tour of the historic farmland at Suyematsu and Bentryn Family Farms this weekend.
The farm walking tour is 2 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 15.
A 90-minute walk will take visitors past berries, row crops and vineyards with stories of the historic, treasured farmland.
The farms are ½ mile east of Highway 305 on Day Road. Visitors should park behind the farm stand. For more information, call 206-842-5537.
