Call to the Wild, the annual fundraiser for the West Sound Wildlife Center, returns to Kiana Lodge on Saturday, April 21.

Tickets are now on sale for the 14th annual gala, which features a dinner and auction.

Money raised at the event helps funds the shelter and its education and rehabilitation programs.

Some of the shelter’s wildlife ambassadors will also be at the gala: Oakley, the barred owl; Remi, the turkey vulture; Opal, the Virginia opossum; Cedar, the red-tailed hawk; Ranger, the peregrine falcon; Pele, the American kestrel; Sunny, the great-horned owl, and a surprise guest.

The evening begins at 5 p.m. with a reception and silent auction, followed from 7 to 9:30 p.m. by dinner and the live auction.

Tickets start at $95 per person; visit for details.
