The Bainbridge Island Visually Impaired Persons Support Group will host guest speaker Jeannette Franks at the group’s next meeting.
Bainbridge VIPs will meet at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 9 at the Bainbridge Public Library.
Franks is a passionate gerontologist and VIP volunteer. She will give the presentation “Seven Actions To Take to Stay OUT of a Nursing Home.”
As usual, volunteers will be on hand to give one-on-one support for members who have VIP assistive apps on your devices.
