TRAVEL ADVISORY | Roads to close for Fourth of July festivities

Several key traffic arteries in downtown Winslow are set to close throughout the next 48 hours for holiday festivities.

Winslow Way will remain largely off-limits to vehicle traffic into Thursday, July 4, as will Bjune Drive and Brien Drive.

From 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Winslow Way East will be closed to vehicle traffic between Madison Avenue and Ericksen Avenue, and the area between Madison Avenue and Highway 305 specifically will be closed to all traffic during the parade, which starts at 1 p.m.

Bjune and Brien will be closed from Winslow Way to Shannon Drive for the street fair from midnight tonight to 6 p.m. Thursday.
