The Port Madison Yacht Club invites the community to come celebrate the new sailing season at the annual Opening Day celebration on Saturday, May 6.

Sailboat racing starts at noon, followed by a boat parade and then a social with live music from 2 to 4 p.m. Bring a potluck dish to share, your dancing shoes, some sunshine, wind and joy.

PMYC is at 8478 NE Hidden Cove Road; look for the small totem pole at the entrance to the club’s gravel driveway.
