The Bainbridge Island Land Trust is looking for volunteers who can help out a work party this weekend.

Volunteers will be gathering at the Quitslund Family Farm to work on invasive weed removal and general property clean-up from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday, April 29.

Organizers of the event note the property has a very unique story and the nonprofit is excited to be taking the initial steps toward restoration.
