Koch named principal managing broker

Cristian Koch has been named principal managing broker of Coldwell Banker Bain’s Bainbridge Island office.

Coldwell Banker Bain is a leading provider of real estate brokerage services throughout Washington, and a market leader in home sales in 2017.

CB Bain officials said Koch has successfully serviced and counseled home owners, builders and developers with their real estate needs and portfolios for more than 30 years. He has been involved in the acquisition, financing, design and marketing of scores of residential communities, luxury estates and commercial sites.

He has been involved in real estate markets in Miami, Atlanta, Las Vegas and Seattle. Koch has lived and worked in Europe and South America and speaks both Spanish and German.

Koch most recently served as managing broker for Coldwell Banker Bain of Capitol Hill, one of the company’s highest producing offices. His prior real estate experience includes serving with Morrison House Sotheby’s International Realty in Gig Harbor, Beasley & Devereaux Sotheby’s International Realty in Las Vegas, Coldwell Banker Residential in Atlanta, and Electronic Realty Associates.
