Hinkley named to dean’s list

Juliana Hinkley of Bainbridge Island is a scholarly standout at Samford University.

She has been named to the fall 2017 dean’s list at Samford University. Hinkley is a junior student who is majoring in athletic training.

The dean’s list is the highest academic recognition given by the school at the end of each semester. To qualify for the dean’s list, a student must have earned a minimum 3.5 grade point average out of a possible 4.0 while attempting at least 12 credit hours of coursework.

Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama is a premier nationally ranked Christian university. Founded in 1841, Samford is the 87th oldest institution of higher education in the United States.
