Bainbridge parks board to honor former member

Bainbridge park commissioners will hold a joint work session with the board of the Bainbridge Island Parks Foundation before the start of the commissioners’ regular meeting this week.

The board of the Bainbridge Island Metropolitan Park & Recreation District will host the work session at 6 p.m. Thursday, April 18 at Strawberry Hill Center, 7666 NE High School Road.

The regular park board meeting will follow at 7 p.m.

At their regular meeting, park commissioners will adopt a resolution honoring former commissioner Lee Cross, who resigned from the board earlier this year.
