Bainbridge officials issue warning on ‘active shooter’ | DEVELOPING STORY

Bainbridge Island city officials issued a warning Saturday night for islanders to avoid the shoreline along Eagle Harbor because of an “active shooter.”

The city issued the advisory just before 9:30 p.m. Saturday, July 8.

No other details were immediately available.

The notice said: “Avoid all shoreline near Eagle Harbor. Active shooter event in progress.”
