Bainbridge blotter | Three-car crash on 305

Selected reports from the Bainbridge Island Police Department blotter.

SUNDAY, AUG. 19

4:33 p.m. A 37-year-old Bainbridge man driving a 1979 GMC Sierra pulled out of a driveway onto High School Road and struck the side of a 2012 Toyota Prius, driven by a 71-year-old Bainbridge woman.

There were no injuries.

The Sierra sustained no damage, but the Prius did, though not so much that it could not be driven.

5:20 p.m. A three-car collision on Highway 305 resulted in damage to all vehicles but no injuries.

A 2007 Toyota RAV4, driven by a Kingston woman, and a 2019 Kia Sorento, driven by a California woman, were both slowing for traffic just south of Sportsman Club Road.

A 2018 Hyundai Elantra came up behind them, driven by a 75-year-old California man, and hit the rear of the Kia and pushed it into the Toyota.
