Selected reports from the Bainbridge Island Police Department blotter.

SATURDAY, FEB. 23

11:20 a.m. A two-car crash in the area of Highway 305 and High School Road resulted in minor damage but no injuries.

A 2007 Volvo was stopped behind a 2018 Subaru at the intersection. The Volvo started forward before the light turned green and struck the rear of the Subaru, which was still stopped for the light.

The driver of the Subaru, a Seattle woman, was examined by medical responders, but was found to be not injured.

The driver of the other car, a 30-year-old Seattle woman, was cited for inattentive driving.

TUESDAY, FEB. 26

12 p.m. Police were called to document a building on Wyatt Way had been defaced by graffiti.

The man who manages the building showed police the graffiti, which had first appeared in the same spot in January but had been cleared. It was now there again.

Photos were taken. A report was filed.

There are no suspects.
