Construction workers raise the first wall on the second floor of the first home to be built in Winslow Grove Thursday.

Winslow Grove, a new 19-lot subdivision across the street from Rotary Park, is being constructed by DeNova Northwest, a home-building company based in Kent that has built other neighborhoods on Bainbridge.

Company officials said earlier the homes in Winslow Grove will be priced in the “middle income” range. According to the company’s website, all of the homes to be built in the new neighborhood are already sold.
