Kitsap Transit will eliminate the #100 Winslow Shuttle and revise the #95 Battle Point and #90 Poulsbo/Bainbridge routes beginning Dec. 11.

The cuts were made as a response to shortfalls in sales tax revenues that fund Kitsap Transit's operation's budget.

Effective Dec. 13, the #95 Battle Point route will take over commuter service to and from the Bethany Lutheran Park and Ride. The bus will serve all morning stops earlier in order to meet the ferry.

Kitsap Transit will also eliminate two round-trips on the #90 Poulsbo/Bainbridge route. The 9:40 a.m. and 4:55 p.m. trips – departing the Poulsbo Transfer Center for Bainbridge and returning 10:15 a.m. and 5:20 p.m. to Poulsbo – will be canceled as of Dec. 13.
