The Washington State Ferries switched boats this morning on the Bainbridge-Seattle run, replacing the Tacoma with the Walla Walla. The Walla Walla, which usually serves the Bremerton, began service at 7:55 a.m. and will run on the Tacoma's schedule.

The Tacoma is out of service for repairs to its steering system.

There were no schedule glitches on the Bainbridge run, but the 9 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. sailings from Bremerton were canceled.
