FBI releases photo of Poulsbo bank robbery suspect

The FBI has released a photo of the suspect they believe dressed as a woman and robbed Poulsbo's Kitsap Credit Union Monday.
According to an FBI release, the man entered the bank dressed in a long, black wig, black pantsuit, white shirt and white shoes. The suspect gave a note to the teller demanding money and fled the bank with a small amount of cash.
According to Poulsbo Police, A second suspect, a woman, was waiting outside in a vehicle believed to be a late-90s, blue Geo Storm hatchback. The pair left the scene and have not been apprehended.
The robber has been dubbed the "man hands bandit," a reference to the TV show Seinfeld.
Kitsap Credit Union was the second bank robbed in Poulsbo in the last two weeks.
