Downed trees close two island roads Tuesday

Fallen trees and downed wires forced the city to close portions of Sunrise Drive and North Madison Avenue Tuesday. As of 1:45 p.m.:
- Sunrise Drive was closed between Roberts Road and Winther Road.
- North Madison Avenue was closed between Lovgren Road and Valley Road.
The National Weather Service is forecasting wind gusts topping 20 mph to continue through Wednesday.
