Eisenhood joins city as new police clerk

Bainbridge Island has hired Kelly Eisenhood as the new senior police clerk for the Bainbridge Island Police Department.

Eisenhood is familiar to many on the island from her six years behind the front desk at New Motion Physical Therapy.

Eisenhood said she views the move to the police department as a way to be active in the community while growing what she sees as a lifelong career. She was born and raised in Richmond, British Columbia and married her husband Ian in 2007. The couple has a 4-year-old, and her husband teaches second grade at Captain Charles Wilkes Elementary School.
