Park plan gets review by board

The Bainbridge Island Metropolitan Park & Recreation District has started its environmental review of its 2014 Comprehensive Plan for Parks, Recreation & Open Space.

The Bainbridge park board adopted the plan on June 5, and review will consider possible environmental impacts that stem from the adoption of the plan. The comment period will run until 4 p.m. Friday, June 27. Comments can be sent to Senior Planner Perry Barrett at perry@biparks.org.
