Three more Bainbridge break-ins reported last week
Three more residential burglaries were reported last week on Bainbridge Island, according to a crime log of incidents from April 20 through April 26 that was released by the Bainbridge Island Police Department on Monday.
Break-ins were reported at homes in the 7200 block of Northeast Vincent Road, the 9400 block of Battle Point Drive Northeast, and the 9400 block of Olympus Beach Drive Northeast.
According to the police department, the burglary on Northeast Vincent Road occurred Friday, April 11.
The break-in at a Battle Point home occurred Tuesday, April 22 and the third burglary was Thursday, April 24 on Olympus Beach Drive.
Bainbridge police are continuing to investigate a string of daytime home break-ins that have been committed on weekdays across the island. Police released sketches last week of two people who may have had a hand in the burglaries.
Police reported 34 incidents in this week's crime log, including cases of graffiti, verbal disputes, malicious mischief and a car prowl (in the 900 block of Madison Avenue).
There were four cases of identity theft reported.
Bainbridge officers also responded to six traffic accidents; three on High School Road on April 21, 22 and 23 (with the first at the Highway 305 intersection, and the later ones at the Safeway).
The other accidents were on Battle Point Drive Northeast, Day Road at Highway 305 and Sportsman Club Road.
