Bainbridge cancels final council meetings of the year

The Bainbridge Island City Council is taking some time off. The council won't meet again until January, as the city has cancelled the last two meetings of the year.

In the first meeting of 2014, newly-elected council members Val Tollefson, Roger Townsend and Wayne Roth will take a seat on the dais for the first time.

Leaving the council are Debbi Lester, Bob Scales and Kirsten Hytopoulos.
