Design Review Board discusses new island neighborhood and T&C projects

Bainbridge Island's Design Review Board will discuss two major construction projects on the island at its meeting Monday afternoon.

The board will talk about the proposed Neighborhood Home at Serenity, a group care facility slated for the Lynwood Center area.

Town & Country Market's remodel is also on the agenda. The market announced its intentions for a major makeover in May. Plans have been under the board's consideration ever since.

The remodel will expand the store, reconfigure the inside layout, and add parking as well as pocket parks on the property.

The Design Review Board will meet from 2 to 4 p.m. at city hall.
