Bainbridge police to hold town hall in April

The Bainbridge Island Police Department will hold a town hall next month at Waterfront Park Community Center.

The informal affair will be a meet-and-greet with island officers, detectives and administrators. The town hall, the latest in a series of community dialogues held over the past six months, is 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, April 11 at the community center.

Police officials said that islanders are encouraged to ask questions, comment on the state of island policing, or share their thoughts on local policing issues.
