Bainbridge detectives identify fourth victim in voyeurism case

A fourth victim has been identified in the ongoing case of  Bainbridge Island's alleged "up-skirt" photographer.

Bainbridge Island police arrested Angus Andrew Leger, 32, on  March 6 after he was caught in the act using his cell phone to take video or photographs of under the skirt of a young female inside the Rite Aid on High School Road.

Detectives were unable to locate the fourth victim from the Rite Aid incident after Leger's arrest outside the store. But with help from officials with the Bainbridge Island School District, detectives have now been able to identify the girl, a 16-year-old high school sophomore. The girl and her parents have since been contacted by authorities.

Three other victims have been previously identified; a 15 year old, a 17 year old, and a 22 year old.

Leger admitted to spending approximately six months engaging in up-skirt photography, but escalated his behavior during the past three months and actively sought young women at public places such as Safeway, Town & Country, Subway and Great Clips. He also visited the Bainbridge Island Aquatic Center in search of young women.

Police have also said that they have recovered photographs Leger took inside Bainbridge Bakers and Blackbird Bakery.

Bainbridge Island police are asking anyone who believes that they have been victimized, or may have witnessed a male taking up-skirt photographs or video, to contact Detective Scott Weiss at 206-842-5211.
