Past winners include Steve Romein and Ty Cramer, who were honored in 2011 for preserving the character of Lynwood Center and also for promoting the preservation of farmlands in the Old Mill road neighborhood. In 2012, the award was given to Jeff and Jocelyn Waite, owners of the Harbour Pub and Pegasus, for incorporating and respecting the historic nature of their buildings into their successful businesses.

The deadline for nominations is Friday, March 22.
