Kilmer to film video at Bainbridge Island city hall

U.S. Rep. Derek Kilmer will come to Bainbridge Island Wednesday, Feb. 20 to film a video promoting the benefits of doing business in Kitsap County.

The 6th District congressman will be joined by Mayor Steve Bonkowski, and the video will highlight why the aerospace industry should consider setting up shop in Kitsap.

Bonkowski announced Kilmer’s visit at the city council meeting Wednesday. Bonkowski also wanted to make sure it was OK with his fellow council members that he represent them and the city in the video. They agreed.
