Bainbridge blotter | 'That's not good.'

Wednesday, Jan. 16
2:51 p.m. An officer noticed a man driving on Highway 305 who was known to have warrants for driving without a license. The man had missed his court date for the citations. He was cited once again and told not to drive.
Sunday, Jan. 20
1:46 a.m. Police pulled over a driver at NE Seabold Road and Highway 305 for driving without headlights. The driver appeared intoxicated so officers had him perform roadside sobriety tests. After failing the tests the driver said, “That’s not good.” He was arrested for DUI. Breath tests taken later at the station indicated a blood alcohol level of .158 and .154.
8:10 p.m. Two tires on a car parked on Winslow Way were slashed. The car belonged to an employee of a bar and he believed the damage may have been done by a customer who was kicked out that evening.
