Last week, my co-worker Helen and I climbed the stairs to enter Performance Fitness. We are determined to enter the B-Fit-4-Life challenge but will admit to some degree of trepidation.

They are going to take our ‘before’ pictures, weigh us and tell us what our body is made up of (how much fat?)! Not fun. Jody meets us at the front and says, “No problem, ladies.” Easy for him to say.

Out comes the camera, then, let’s see how tall you are and step up here. The questions start. How old are you? That used to be classified. The machine whirs and spits out the damning information. One of us is not sufficiently hydrated – how does that machine know this? More info on the machine coming.

Why not join in? You may not like to exercise but you’ll love how you feel when you have!
