Bainbridge district to hold meeting on HIV/AIDS curriculum

Parents and legal guardians of students in the fifth grade through high school are invited to a presentation of the HIV/AIDS curriculum that will be used in the Bainbridge Island School District and a preview of the instructional materials that will be used.

The presentation is from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 23 in the library at Woodward Middle School.

Attendance at the meeting is mandatory for parents and guardians who are considering having their child excused from the lesson when it is given in their classroom.
