City approves culvert project

The Bainbridge Island City Council awarded a $76,071 contract Wednesday to Liden Land Development & Excavation, Inc. to replace a culvert on Weaver Road.
The project will replace 34 feet of degraded corrugated metal piping.
The culvert project will also include a passage designed for fish.
