WSF issues Amber Alert for missing 8-month-old boy

Washington State Ferries has issued an Amber Alert for an 8-month-old boy, Jayce Hashem on all of its ferry routes.
The other person involved in the Amber Alert is a 23-year-old man driving a silver Toyota Highlander. The license number is 420TUF.
Authorities urge anyone who has seen the vehicle or the missing boy to call 911.
