Bainbridge Rotary hosts open house
July 15, 2012 · 10:58 AM
The Bainbridge Island Rotary Club invites anyone interested in learning more about what Rotary does to an open house next week.
Club members are hosting an open house from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, July 19 at 9723 Coppertop Loop, Suite 101, off Sportsman’s Club Road. Professionals, community leaders and business people who would like to learn about Rotary and how to become a member are invited to attend.
Rotary isn’t for everyone, said organizers of the event. It is for the civic-minded and people who are genuinely concerned about others less fortunate, who would like to leave the world a better place.
Food and drink will be served at this adult event, followed by short presentations about what is happening in the club, on the island and around the world. RSVP with Roger Merrifield at rmerri0624@aol.com or call 360-697-1468.
