Design Review Board takes up changes to Island Gateway development

June 30, 2012 · Updated 11:01 AM

The Bainbridge Island Design Review Board will meet with the planner and applicant for the Island Gateway project next week to consider an amendment to the original site plan.

The proposed changes for the development at 550 Winslow Way East involve adding a roof deck to Building B, which would include work to include stairs and elevators to be extended to access the new deck, an elevator and stair lobby at the roof level, plus paving, vegetated border, guard rails and canopy.

The Design Review Board will also hold a roundtable discussion about procedures and processes.

The meeting is 2 p.m. Monday, July 2 in the Council Conference Room at city hall.
