Bloedel Reserve has extended its hours for the summer months of June, July and August.

“We want visitors to have the opportunity to take a walk in the Reserve after work on beautiful summer days,” said

Ed Moydell, executive director of the world-renowned public garden. “The early evening light at the Reserve is so beautiful, we want more people to be able to enjoy it.”

The new hours for summer will be 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday; and 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday through Sunday.

Reservations are not needed to visit the Reserve, which is located at the north end of Bainbridge Island at 7571 NE Dolphin Drive.
