Church gets set for summer camp

May 31, 2012 · Updated 3:58 PM

Rolling Bay Presbyterian Church has opened enrollment for this summer’s “Marketplace” camp.

The camp is for kids Pre-K to entering first grade.

Children will make bricks and pottery, play ancient games and scribe with quills. They’ll also visit a typical village of Jesus’ day populated with shopkeepers and shepherds with sheep. Daily Bible stories, music and dance will focus on Joseph and the 12 Tribes of Jacob.

The camp is 9 a.m. to noon July 23-26; the cost is $50 with full and partial scholarships available.
