The city’s Historic Preservation Commission will consider adding another possible site to add to the community’s historic register at the advisory board’s next meeting.

The Franks House, located at 234 Parfitt Way SW in Winslow, has been nominated to be added to the register.

The house has been known in recent times as the Captain’s House Bed & Breakfast, and has been standing in its location since the early 1900s.

The commission will hold a public meeting to discuss the site’s possible addition at 2 p.m. Thursday, June 7 at city hall.
